Employee Spotlight: Michael Conroy

Compliance Representative | Domani Consulting
Our people are the driving force behind the value we bring to every project. It is their expertise, dedication and relentless persistence that makes what we do possible. It’s for this reason that we decided to start an Employee Spotlight series - to give those outside of our company a chance to get to know the wonderful people behind the curtain. This month, we’re shining the light on one of Domani’s newest up-and-coming stars: Compliance Representative Michael Conroy, whose curiosity, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset have quickly made him a major contributor to our team.
From Sales to Compliance
Michael’s career path didn’t start in compliance—it started in sales. With a natural passion for solving client challenges, he was drawn to the idea of working in a field where he could not only help clients but also develop a specialized set of skills that directly impact projects in meaningful ways.
Since joining Domani in February 2025, Michael has embraced the learning curve. “It’s been amazing to continue to learn the ins and outs of the business from our team and see the value they add to projects in real time,” he shares. His background in communication and client relations has proven to be a natural fit in navigating the fast-paced, detail-driven world of compliance.

A Front-Row Seat to Transformation
For Michael, one of the most rewarding parts of the job is the variety. “Every day is different, and no job is truly the same,” he says. Whether it’s attending a site visit, reviewing inspection details, or working to keep a project on track, he thrives on the pace and complexity of the work.
Perhaps most inspiring, though, is witnessing the transformation of projects firsthand—from demolition to the finished product. “It’s incredible to see all the work that truly goes into what people eventually see as a completed building,” Michael notes.
A Well-Rounded Perspective
Michael is a Stony Brook University graduate, where he earned a double major in Psychology and Sociology in 2017. His background in understanding people and systems gives him a unique perspective in his current role, balancing technical requirements with client communication.
Outside of work, Michael is just as multifaceted. A guitarist and music enthusiast, he can often be found at concerts, relaxing at the beach during summer, or cheering on the Yankees.
We’re proud to have Michael on the Domani Consulting team and look forward to seeing his continued impact on our projects, clients, and culture.
